We have a vacancy for a Management Trainer/Assessor.

The Management Trainer/Assessor will be responsible for developing, delivering and assessing Management Training Programs at Levels 3, 5 and 7 to meet CMI / QCF learning outcomes and class-based training taught programs such as "Train the Trainer". He/She will also assist in maintaining a proper QA system; assess CMI NVQ / QCF at Levels 3 and 5; and assist in maintaining a proper track of communications with all awarding bodies.

Job Requirements

Essential:
Masters Degree in Management or Business Administration
Experience of delivering Management Training Programs
Computer literate

Desirable:
A1 or D32/D33 qualification or TAQA Award
Experience of assessing NVQ/QCF at Levels 3 & 5
Experience of working in Middle East
