Reporting To

Description

Local/Bilingual (Arabic/English) Electrical Workshop Technician required.

Respsonsibilities to include assisting the Senior Instructors and Bilingual Technical Trainers at the Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic, Dammam.

You will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the training equipment in the electrical workshop and assisting the Instructors in all workshop delivery material and managing all stores duties.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
To maintain all workshop equipment and prepare the workshops for lessons. Workshop stores management.

Manage stock control in the workshop stores.

Support and assist the instructional staff in the delivery of the technical curriculum in the workshop.

Help trainees to achieve their potential, help improving the training programs.

Any other duties as reasonably required by TQ Management.

Essential Requirements

Ideally applicants should be/have:

Arabic speaker but fluent in spoken English.
At least two years experience within a learning environment.
Relevant workshop experience.
Experience within electrical discipline.
Able to read, design and interrupt technical drawings.
Be able to work as part of a team and possess good interpersonal skills.
Basic IT skills and accurate record keeping are essential.
