TQ specialises in delivering integrated education and training solutions in culturally sensitive regions, such as the Middle East and Africa, examples include:

Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic, where TQ deliver a two year NVQ in Performing Engineering Operations accredited by City and Guilds and PAA/VQ-Set. 

Saudi British Electronics Institute, where TQ established and operated an electronics training institute in Riyadh. TQ was responsible for curriculum development of this institute which was accredited by the Scottish qualifications authority.

Kuwait Ministry of Defence Combined Services Technical School. TQ worked in partnership with the Kuwait Ministry of Defence to run its Combined Services Technical School. Under the guidance of the TQ management team in Kuwait and the UK, the Technical School gained approval as a BTEC (Edexcel) Centre and also gained ISO 9001 certification.
