TQ provide education and training programmes to the defence and other public sector organisations.

TQ can deliver training programmes as a sole provider, such as the Army Unit Welfare Officer Training Programme.

Alternatively we can work with partner organisations to deliver complex and long term training contracts, such as;

Defence Sixth Form College as part of the Minerva consortium
The Royal School of Military Engineering, plant operator training contract as part of the Holdfast consortium.

TQ works with other public sector organisations such as:

Lancashire Fire and Rescue to design and deliver outward bound courses as part of the National Citizenship Scheme.

Training programmes delivered include the following:

British soldier armoured vehicle crew training, in preparation for combat in Afganistan, Bosnia, Iraq and Kosovo.
Operational pre-deployment training, preparation for overseas missions ensuring troops were fully trained on language and cultural issues prior to deployment.
Army fighting vehicle, driving, maintenance, gunnery and communications training.
Army training regiment key skills programme.
Outdoor adventure training.
Plant operator training (construction plant competence scheme) training courses.
