Description:

TQ Education and Training is a provider of outsourced training services to the UK Ministry of Defence, other public sector organisations and private companies, both in the UK and overseas. As a result of continued growth and the acquisition of a new MoD Contract, we have an urgent requirement for a Quality Assurance Manager and Developer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Contract Manager in the management of the Army Apprenticeship Contract and the delivery of training. This will include ensuring student progress/achievement, attendance and retention, the development and management of additional apprenticeships within the Contract and the management of a programme of teaching observations to monitor and promote effective teaching, learning and development. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring the relevance and continuity of the curriculum, be responsible for curricular initiatives, manage the development of flexible methods of learning (ie the use of IT/e-learning), be responsible for the allocation of budgets for curriculum and learning resource development, manage the internal verification process and manage the process for the Self Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan.
