TQ Education and Training (TQ) is a leading UK education and training provider offering a range of educational services to customers worldwide. We have a Ministry of Defence contract (Public Private Partnership) with the Royal School of Military Engineering in Kent.
We require an experienced administrator for this contract to provide administrative and clerical support.
The Training Support Administrator will be responsible to the Head of Training for the day-to-day administration and clerical support for all TQ's contract at the RSME (based in Wainscott, occasionally at Minley). Key duties and responsibilities will include all admin/clerical tasks, minute taking and word processing, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries and requests, liaison with staff/students and TQ's head office personnel. General office work (photocopying/faxing, tea/coffee etc), maintaining records, maintaining the filing system, mail handling, stationery control, collating information and statistics, preparation and timely submission of reports/files, processing data as required and providing clerical support to TQ at the RSME and the Head of Training.
We shall expect the Training Support Administrator to become First Aid trained and act as First Aider, operate the MoD's TAFMIS computer system/database following training and to be available to undertake any further training as deemed necessary for the role.
