Our relationships are built on our people. We deliver learning through the provision of teachers, tutors, mentors and instructors who work in managed teams within the TQ framework of quality, administration and management. TQ staff are carefully selected to ensure that their subject matter knowledge and teaching ability are of the highest standard, and that they are sensitive and equipped to meet the needs of particular learning communities.

We focus particularly on meeting the requirements of the host learning environment; whether this be the stringent operational demand of the British Army for trained soldiers or the sensitive cultural demands of overseas customers.
