Management Development & Professional Certification Centre (MDPCC) Libya

TQ has a contract with the General People's Secretariat for Manpower, Training and Employment Libya, to manage a new Management Development and Professional Certification Centre (MDPCC). The establishment of this centre of excellence in vocational training will provide the platform and model for the development of Libya's overall vocational training quality framework. The initial phase of this programme involved the re-training of a selected group of 48 existing Libyan instructors who participated in a one-year instructor development course in the UK. The programme incorporated a bespoke 24-week intensive English Language programme, as well as an attachment to a UK FE college to gain underpinning knowledge. The second phase involves the building of an integrated management structure involving instructors and a team of management support staff in-country.
