Weatherford: (2007 - 2008)

TQ, in conjunction with its strategic partner Aberdeen Drilling School, is contracted to provide training for one of the worldâs largest oilfield service companies. Weatherford has 6.1 billion dollars in annual revenues and approximately 33,000 employees in over 100 countries and is now undergoing a push towards greater individual productivity levels through more intensive recruiting, training and retention.

120 trainees in 7 intakes came to Kuwait from a number of countries throughout the Middle East and North Africa to complete the intensive foundation course each month.

The objective of this training programme was to provide entry-level personnel with the skills, motivation, and field perspective to become more productive, long-term employees for the client.

The programme aimed to give trainees an understanding of petroleum fundamentals in oilfield and drilling operations and an understanding of all their employers' product lines and how they interconnect.
