KREMENCO: (2007 - 2008)

KREMENCO holds a contract to deliver services within Shuaiba Refinery Kuwait and are seeking to maintain their percentage of trained Kuwaiti nationals to meet the requirements of Law 19. To meet the aims & objectives of the law, TQ was awarded a contract to provide technical and vocational training in Mechanical and Electrical maintenance for 84 trainees, funded by the Kuwait government.

The Programme comprises a 6 week General English Language programme, a 6 week Technical English Language programme and a 24 week Technical Training programme to run in sequence.

Trainees were streamed into groups dependant upon their level of English Language competency as determined by testing during the programme induction stage.

The Programme comprises classroom and workshop instruction, on the job training (OJT) and assessment against International standards. Training is conducted in both TQ, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), and Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) provided venues. The Programme is accredited by PAA VQSET and LCCI.
