Waterford Institute of Technology (2007-2008)

TQ, in partnership with South Cheshire College, provided a work-based management development programme for managers from Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland. The Regional College has 1,000 FTE staff and was undertaking the programme in preparation for university designation. The bespoke programme comprised eight modules delivered as 1 and 2 day sessions. Modules included Strategy, People Management, Personal Effectiveness, and Communication.
