STANDARD #27: SECURE USE FOR USERS
1.Website Protection
TAQA Group monitors data transfers to and from its websites in order to ensure security standards are met, and to ensure the protection of submitted information and services and reveal unauthorized access attempts, malicious changes in content or attempts to damage its websites in any way. TAQA Group has the right to take all necessary measures to protect the information contained therein and against the misuse of these websites. TAQA Group reserves the right to prosecute related entities/personnel according to applicable Laws (Anti- Cybercrime Law) and any related regulations.
2. Property Rights
The copyright, information, and available materials on the websites are considered assets owned by TAQA Group. It is strictly prohibited to copy, publish or use these assets in a manner contrary to the purpose it was published for or for personal purposes and interests without the explicit written consent of TAQA Group. In all cases of regular use, TAQA Group should be cited as a reference for such information.
