It provides the flexibility to be installed thru-tubing without a rig and can combine sand clean-out as part of the installation process.
The unique filter mechanism employed by Filtrex is a multi-layer open cell matrix polymer (OCMP), with a range of sizes to cover a broad range of applications. The OCMP runs in hole compressed, allowing it to be run through tight restrictions and then expand to conform to a much larger ID within the wellbore or failed screen.
Once installed, the tool requires no further intervention but can be easily retrieved at a later date if desired. Filtrex provides conformable, remedial sand control without the complexity and cost of other remedial soutions.
